Small organizations that want to be constructive and transparent about their tech use in the workplace, and have real concerns about artificial intelligence implementation for everyday people. Sometimes organizations don’t have the expertise or resources to build a comprehensive policy on internal tech use, and need a template to start from.

What it is:

ODLAN believes that technology can be used for good, and policy development should be collaborative and inclusive. Every organization will have a different standard for data privacy, transparency, and safety standards, but establishing a baseline will strengthen your team’s security and trust. Artificial intelligence use, particularly generative AI tools, is being used in the workplace every day, and should be addressed as a team. We encourage organizations to build this policy with input from all team members. This template will evolve with time and feedback from our community partners, and we welcome constructive comments for future iterations.
