1-on-1 Tech Help - One-on-one hour-long sessions with a Tech Librarian are available via booking. Offers help with computers, tablets, phones, e-readers and more. Appointments can be in-library or remote through phone or Zoom. Patrons must have a library card to book an appointment. Maker Space Equipment - Equipment available around the library are 3D printers, Circut vinyl cutters, and a VHS-to-digital conversion station.

Topics cater to the patron's needs and include subjects such as email, social media, downloading ebooks, iPads, cloud storage, etc. Sessions are held via phone, Skype, or Zoom. Information & Digital Services - Library staff are available to assist with mobile devices or wifi connection issues. Other services to help familiarize patrons with the resources in the library are also available.

1:1 Tech Help With Drew - One-on-one tech help appointments with Drew are available both online and in person. Includes topics such as Facebook, Zoom, device assistance, downloading e-books, and more. Creator Space - The Creator Space allows patrons to learn, explore, and create various forms of digital art. The space offers programs, events and workshops led by industry experts. Creator Space equipment is available to be loaned to any patrons with the required training or who have completed the proficiency test. Equipment can be borrowed for up to 7 days. Tech Lending - Tablets are available for lending to older adults who reside in Wasaga Beach. Wi-fi hotspot lending coming soon.

3D Printing (Paris Branch) - Must be 18+ and a member of the library to gain access to the 3D printer. Agreement forms must be sumbitted before use. Tech Help - The staff will try to assist with any questions about the library computers and software. Help with online library resources is also offered. Computer and Technology programs are also offered at the library for seniors but currently there is none on the event calendar.

The ABC Internet Matters program consists of a free workbook and downloadable resources to help new internet users learn how to use the internet. The program assists adult and senior Canadians with developing a basic understanding of what the internet is, how to access it, and how to stay safe online.
